U.S

Vendorpass, in partnership with ICON Consultants, uses Certree for current and former US employees to request their Proof of Employment (POE) and Proof of Income (POI). Employees must sign up on https://certree.com/us/ as an 'Employee', request and review your documents, and share those documents with verifiers via a verifier access link.

Canada

Steps to Access Your ROE:

1. Check Online (Fastest): Sign in to My Service Canada Account(via GCKey or your bank) to view, save, or print your electronic ROE.

2. Ask Employer: Employers must file ROEs within 5 days of your last day worked or when they become aware of a pay interruption.

What to do if missing: If your employer does not provide it, you can request it in person at a Service Canada Office, by calling 1-800-206-7218, or by mailing the INS3166 form.

Your end of year tax forms will be mailed to the residential address you had on file during your onboarding. You can also obtain in an electronic copy in your employee portal.
