Incorporated in 2007 under then parent company, MPS Group, Vendorpass began providing Employer of Record Payroll and Agency of Record services as a specialized business unit. With the acquisition of MPS Group in 2010 by the Adecco Group, Vendorpass accelerated our growth being recognized as the payroll solution for Adecco North America. In November of 2020, Vendorpass was acquired by ICON Information Consultants, LLC, a certified woman owned workforce management company based in Houston, Texas. As part of ICON, Vendorpass is now one of the largest dedicated providers of payroll services in North America.
